The type of solution we'll offer you, will depend on the business sector in which you operate.

At the core of our website solution is CYMPALe (pronounced simply). CYMPALe is our flagship website management system. You might of heard the term Content Management System or CMS for short. CYMPALe is like a CMS...but a whole lot more besides.

Though CYMPALe will be at the core of your website, and the layout is ALWAYS based on a CSS and XHTML compliant layout - making sure your website is useable by as many people and browsers as possible, the colour scheme, header images, backgrounds will be chosen in accordance to your wishes. If you have a company logo, we can include that too.

If you have a corporate theme already, we'll create your site to compliment that theme. Alternatively, like most customers, you might like to leave the creative part to us. Once we understand the sort of business involved, we'll proceed to create a website theme to match your business.

Whilst the Website Management System already includes lots of functionality, from time to time we do add additional features. The additional features that we add are generally classed as software upgrades, for these, we make no charge.

Furthermore, we are also happy to discuss any ideas you may have regarding bespoke functionality that you would like to see included in your software. We are highly experienced in Rapid Application Development (RAD) for web. This offers you immense flexibility whilst keeping production costs low.

Also, as technology changes, it may be required that we make changes to the software coding to enable those technological changes to be implemented. These are called software updates and again, we make no charge for these.

When we make upgrades or updates to the Website Management System, there is nothing for you to do. Though we may send you information regarding either, they are implemented as a background process and therefore neither you or your customers are inconvenienced whilst the upgrades and updates take place. Also, no loss of airtime occurs, making sure you're website is available at all times.
